We had a chat with Enrico Palumbo, HR director Switzerland of SAP AG at the Rethink! HR & Technology Minds 2016. He says that the “digitization is an opportunity to have a strategic conversation with the business to understand what digitization means for the core business and what it means for the workforce.” He also reminds professionals that in the HR business there are no excuses for technology failures anymore. If HR technologies do not work, the HR department will lose credibility.
